• Watch list data: the URLs and feeds you choose to monitor, any titles you give them, and your notification timezone and preferred hour.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message, if you contact us.
• Referral data: which account referred a new sign-up, if you used a referral link.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as basic session data needed to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate your account, including logging you in and remembering your preferences;
• Fetch your Watched URLs, detect content changes, and send you the resulting email digests at your chosen local hour;
• Send account-related emails, such as email verification and password resets;
• Track and apply the referral program, including confirming when a referred account has verified;
• Respond to messages sent through our contact form;
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Service, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.

3. Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the Service to function and does not track you across other websites.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third parties to operate the Service:

• Google reCAPTCHA: used on our registration and contact forms to reduce spam and automated abuse. Your interaction with reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
• Outbound email delivery: used to send verification emails, change-notification digests, and replies to contact form submissions.

We do not share your Watched URLs or watch-list content with these providers beyond what's needed to deliver the emails above.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and watch-list data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information and Watched URLs within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, never in plain text. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information, most of which you can edit directly in your account settings;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.
